Responding quickly to very short term clients’ resourcing needs is our bread and butter.

Experienced interim executives or independent directors, using their long standing professional expertise, sector knowledge, bi-lingual or bi-cultural experience, are ideally placed to support businesses needing only a ‘quick fix’ to move things on or as part of a much larger transformation programme. Here are some examples of quick fixes we have completed recently:

• Negotiating TUPE issues for investors acquiring stressed businesses;
• Renegotiating onerous leases for a retail group as part of a wider restructuring deal;
• Improving working capital by disposing of stock and improved supply chain & warehouse management;
