Alternatively, interim executives of many years’ standing are prepared to look at an interim to permanent opportunity where the prospect is ‘tailor made’ for them and where an equity stake is available.

Our fee structure for interim to permanent appointments is transparent and doesn’t hurt the budget as one might think – we simply reduce the placement fee by the profit we have earned during the interim assignment.
